1. Animal cannot be stressed
2. Animal cannot see the knife being used to kill it
3. It is not allowed to see other animals being killed
4. It can not see the blood of other animals
5. It cannot be treated cruelly prior to being killed
6. It must have been transported humanely
In addition to this Muslims are advised to eat meat rarely some traditions say once a month .
